2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

     

  • Delivery Dates: Any delivery dates provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier transit times.

3. Shipment Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, we will send you an email notification containing a tracking number so you can monitor its journey.

  • Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • Gulfox is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees applied to your order.

  • All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer.

5. Damages, Lost Packages, & Risk of Loss

  • Once Gulfox transfers your package to the shipping carrier, the title and risk of loss pass onto you.

  • We are not liable for packages delayed, damaged, or lost by shipping carriers or due to events outside our control.

  • If you receive a damaged order, please inspect it upon arrival and contact us immediately at ppscexpert315@gmail.com so we can help evaluate the issue.
